Ship to Lab

Proper care in packing your case for shipping plays a significant role in the quality of the case and service we can provide. Broken models can result in ill-fitting prosthetics which means a new impression and an inconvenience to you and your patient If you do not have the proper supplies, please contact us. We are happy to assist you. If you are a new customer, please contact 4G Dental Lab for a starter kit which includes everything you will need to send your first case to our laboratory. We sincerely look forward to a long and lasting working partnership.

Shipping Supplies

Call 4G at 833.682.8901 to get additional Boxes, Rx’s and FedEx envelopes at no cost. FedEx envelopes can be picked up at any store where FedEx does business.  

SUBMIT A DIGITAL IMPRESSION

    Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account

    Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”

  3. 3

    Type “4G Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name

  4. 4

    Click FIND

  5. 5

    Check the box to the bottom left for “4G Dental Lab”

    Click ADD to complete the registration

    Option 1 Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner – Connect with 4G Dental Lab using our phone number 833-682-8901 – After connecting to us as a Lab, select 4G Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

    Option 2 Call 800-577-8767 – Select Option 1 – Request that 4G Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number 833-682-8901 – After 4G Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner – After connecting to us as a lab, select 4G Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

    Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3

    Select Option 1 and request support 4G Dental Lab be added to your scanner

    3M™ will then confirm with 4G Dental Lab and add connection remotely
